My Dream ………..

I have watched the Tour De France for ever as in I can’t remember a three week period in the summer when I have spent an hour in front of the TV yelling at it – yelling at someone to grasp that last bit of energy in their legs and sprint over the finish line – then after the yelling there is a prize which is another reason I love the Tour as daily the wining cyclists gets kissed on both cheeks and handed a cuddly teddy , zipped into a winners jumper and a bouquet of flowers – what is there not to love about this.

For years I was madly in love with “Super Mario” as in Mario Cipollini he is flamboyant, naughty plus had a body to die for and used to smoke while cycling with that Italian nonchalance of course - sadly he disappeared as soon as the Tour hits the mountains- it would ruin his leg shape!. Now for as long as I have yelled at the TV I have also harboured a strong desire to be a podium girl and hand out the teddies and the flowers – I feel I would look great in yellow (given a strong dose of fake tan) – I just wish I knew who you could stalk to make this a reality …….. Any suggestions are welcome- trust me I have Googled this to death.

Now the Tour is a big passion but my big bug bear is this time of year the sales – I’m sorry I hate sales with a passion I can’t get excited over reduced stock – so this week I have been scouring the web looking at new stock coming in (plus yellow dresses just in case) and My Wardrobe have some great new pieces in and sorry but looking at the weather you would get more wear out of them now right through to autumn.
