260g pack Waitrose MSC Skinless & Boneless
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
450g pack Cooks’ Ingredients Root Vegetable And Kale Soup Mix
½ tsp five spice blend
250g pack Waitrose Microwaveable Whole Grain Rice
1½ tbsp Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce
1 large essential Waitrose Free Range Egg, beaten
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6. Place the cod on a lightly greased baking tray and roast for 15 minutes until just cooked through.
2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add the vegetables and the five spice, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add the rice and cook for 1-2 minutes. Stir in the soy and beaten egg until the egg is lightly scrambled.
3. Serve topped with the cod.
