Located on the famous Place des Vosges in the Marais, this luxurious hotel offers guests free access to the spa and fitness centre with a hot tub and Hamman. Lyon

If you’re looking for something different then you have to visit Lyon it is the gastronomic capital of France so one of the main reasons to travel to this amazing town especially if you find and eat at a bouchon , this is a type of restaurant found in Lyon, France, that serves traditional Lyonnaise cuisine, such as sausages, duck pâté or roast pork.

Lyon was the home to Auguste and Louis Lumiere came up with the Cinematograph projector so do visit the Lumiere Institute Museum to take in how this invention revolutionised the film industry , if you’re a real film buff you will also enjoy Museum of Miniatures and Film Sets which is housed inside the famous "Maison des Avocats" building, a 16th century UNESCO protected building, this five floor exhibition details everything from the use of special effects in cinema to reproductions of daily life through elaborately crafted miniatures.
Also take time to enjoy Lyon's medieval Old Town (also known as Vieux-Lyon) is one of the best preserved in Europe. Don't miss the covered Passage Thiaffait in the silk quarter.
