Le Labo Vintage Home Scents

Le Labo is something of a perfume revolution. Founded in New York, its creators aim to reclaim perfume from what they see as a mass market of uniformity. The number in each title refers to the number of olfactory notes that compose the scent.

Housed in a signature vintage tin can vessel these scented candles have a little more edge to them compared to your normal glass or ceramic candle holders, making them an eye catching  feature whether they are lit or not.

Le Labo Palo Santo 14 Vintage Scented Candle £44.00 John Lewis (Shop Now)

Palo Santo carries with it an energising freshness yet can be sometimes overwhelming when used raw. We tamed the beast and, while keeping the soul of the original ingredient, we built a warm and comfortable accord through the addition of cedarwood and the dark resinous nature of labdanum, incense and patchouli. The burning of Palo Santo wood is considered sacred due to its ability to clear negativity and misfortune.

Le Labo Laurier 62 Vintage Scented Candle £44.00 John Lewis (Shop Now)

Laurier 62 is a mess... We mean laurel, rosemary, eucaplyptus, thyme, cumin, clove, amber, patchouli, sandalwood and 53 other ingredients... Seriously, who uses 62 ingredients in a candle? Well, we do. Beauty comes from chaos sometimes. It is a mess, a beautiful one.

Le Labo Figue 15 Vintage Scented Candle £44.00 John Lewis (Shop Now)

Why is it that everyone who does candles has a figue in their collection? We don't know. But we know, when you smell our figue, you'll understand why. It's not a straight figue but a figue/blackcurrent blend that makes you want to eat the wax. Please refrain from doing so.
